Rion Holcombe, 20, of Roebuck, S.C., has wanted to become a Clemson Tiger for quite sometime. His dream became a reality when he received the letter recently.
The video capturing his excitement was uploaded to YouTube on Dec. 6 and has already received nearly 300,000 views.
Holcombe will study at Clemson's LIFE program aimed for people with intellectual disabilities.
