A photo showing a dying woman's final moments is touching hearts around the internet.
The picture posted on Redditshows 96-year-old woman clutching the hand of her 100-year-old husband.
The person who posted the photo said they were married for 77 years.
Their granddaughter snapped the picture and shortly after it was taken, the woman reportedly passed away.
