The parents of baby Lisa Irwin, who has been missing for almost eight months, appeared on the Today Show Monday.
Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin appeared on the show to speak out on the investigation to find their daughter.
Deborah cried and wore a pin of Lisa during the interview.
"I am a mess, I am frustrated," Deborah said. "It has been almost eight months and we are not getting any answers."
Deborah repeated that she is upset with the lack of answers she has received from Kansas City police.
"We need answers," she said. "We need Lisa. It's unacceptable."
Police say nothing the parents have given them have helped in the case.
NBC Today Show's Ann Curry interviewed the couple and their lawyer.
Anyone with information about missing baby Lisa can call 816-474-TIPS.
