Rodents causing costly vehicle repairs

Our consumer watchdog often runs across cases of rats and mice causing problems at restaurants, but the latest complaints about the rodents were from car owners.

David Fowler's mechanic told him his truck needed hundreds of dollars of work done because a mouse ate through the truck's wiring.

"I never heard of this before and I think it's just a way to get money out of the consumer," said Fowler of Jupiter.
