RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - There were a few additional people looking on when the Contact 5 Investigators were interviewing a spokesperson for the City of Riviera Beach earlier this month.
During an interview with William Jiles, the city's spokesperson, the Contact 5 Investigators found they were also being recorded on video camera by representatives from the city.
The interview took place outside the Riviera Beach City Hall as part of the Contact 5 Investigators story into unpaid parking tickets.
Jiles introduced a city intern who was recording the entire interview Contact 5 Investigator Dan Krauth was conducting with Jiles for the story. Jiles said the presence of the city's own camera and crew would continue in the future.
