Jeffery Lynn Isaac: DUI charges dismissed against Gulf Stream Council Boy Scouts of America CEO

Prosecutors have dropped charges against Jeffery Lynn Isaac, the Scout Executive and CEO of the Gulf Stream Council Boy Scouts of America, who was arrested after a minor traffic accident in North Palm Beach in April and charged with DUI.

There was no reason given as to why the charges were dropped.

According to a probable cause affidavit, when officers arrived at the accident scene on Alternate A1A near Northlake Boulevard around 6:30pm, they found Isaac, 48, sitting in the driver's seat of his car with the engine running, confused and asking if he had been involved in a crash.

The North Palm Beach Police Department said Isaac, of Palm Beach Gardens, showed signs of slurred and confused speech, was falling asleep, and swayed and staggered as he attempted to stand.
