WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Florida has the second highest rate of uninsured citizens in the country. More than one in four people in Florida don't have health insurance.
Some non-profit groups hired Navigators to help guide you through the process. You can also enroll yourself, or use a licensed insurance broker. All enrollment in the Health Insurance Marketplace will take place on Healthcare.gov
Events will also be held throughout the community to help you sign up for coverage. An event will be held at the Wilson Center at Gaines Park on Tuesday, October 1. The enrollment fair will begin at 5:30 p.m.
