Back-over awareness for kids and car safety

It happens in a split second, and to the most conscientious drivers.

Every week, two children in this country are backed over by vehicles and killed.

Thanks to parents, like Arden Rosenfeld in Boca Raton who became an advocate for change, a law was passed in Washington that requires back-up warning devices in all U.S. cars by 2013.

Until then, backing up for many drivers, is like driving blind.
