WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A repeat offender back in jail after investigators say he punched an elderly man in the face for no reason.
Charles Raynald was in court in West Palm Beach Monday morning charged with battery.
Prosecutors say the 72 year old victim was exercising at Haverhill Park Sunday morning when Raynald got off his bike, walked up the elderly man, and punched him in the side of the face.
In court, prosecutors said this isn't Raynald's first time in trouble for hurting someone.
Prosecutors say he has already been locked up for aggravated assault and other battery charges.
He is behind bars on a fifteen thousand dollar bond.
