BOYNTON BEACH, FL-- Some of the principals arrested in an adult club sting appeared in court Sunday, and more are expected in court in the coming days.
The owner, 2 managers, and a person described as a 'madam' faced a judge Sunday. 3 of them bonded out... the other was still behind bars as of Sunday night.
The owner of Platinum Showgirls, Matt Barrow was arrested on charges including racketeering and using his property for drug sales and prostitution.
The club's managers Kenneth Willig of Boynton Beach and Gregory Lenox of Lake Worth posted bond.
They were arrested on charges related to prostitution and drug dealing.
Detectives say the "madam," Lily Gibeaut, who negotiated the prices of girls and private rooms, also faces charges for aiding solicitation of prostitution.
The sting late Friday night was the result of a four month investigation. Boynton Beach police say they uncovered organized drug dealing and prostitution at the club just off Federal Highway.
According to police, in June undercover officers started buying hundreds of dollars worth of cocaine and prescription drugs from dancers.
The investigation continues. Police say they are working to keep the club from ever reopening its doors.
The other 30 employees facing charges are set to appear in court in the next few days.
