BOYNTON BEACH, FL -- An attempted murder investigation is underway following an incident at a home located on NW 2nd Court just before 2:00 a.m.
Police say Deroy Daws used a 12 inch kitchen knife to stab someone. The victim was driven to Bethesda Memorial Hospital" by a friend and then transported to Delray Medical Center to undergo surgery, according to the news release.
Daws was taken into custody. The victim's condition has not yet been released.
