(NBC NEWSCHANNEL) A potential faulty stand prompted Vizio to recall its 39-and-42 inch E-series flat screen televisions.
The company says the stand assembly can fail and cause the television to tip over unexpectedly.

The recall impacts about one-quarter million televisions sold at Best Buy, Target, Walmart and other retail stores nationwide.
