NBC - Starting this week, McDonald’s is altering its McPick 2 promotion to include regional favorites.

Customers nationwide will see the Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish and 10-piece chicken nuggets as fixtures on the McPick 2 for $5 menu, but regionally the other slots will vary.
Local restaurant operators are allowed to add up to three items to the six-item value menu based on what's most popular in their area.
