Black Friday mall hours in South Florida: Guide to planning your shopping trips

6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

19501 Biscayne Blvd., Aventura

(305) 935-1110

Parking — Valet parking is available at the entrance off Biscayne Boulevard near Bella Luna, the entrance off Abigail Road near the Cheesecake Factory and in the Bloomingdale's parking garage on the fifth level. The Nordstrom parking garage fills up the slowest, so latecomers can head there. Pre-parking is OK.

Extras — Every child to visit Santa Claus gets a free children's book.

12 a.m. on Thanksgiving to 10 p.m. on Black Friday

801 N. Congress Ave., Boynton Beach

(561) 736-7902

Parking — No valet parking. If you're late, avoid the parking lots near Macy's and JC Penny because they tend to fill up quickly. Pre-parking is fine.

Extras — Free goody bags and coffee for the first 200 18-or-older shoppers lined up at the food court entrance.

6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

3200 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale

(954) 537-2700 or (954) 245-5585

Parking — There is no valet parking but pre-parking is not a problem, even as early as Thanksgiving Day.

Extras — None.

9469 West Atlantic Blvd., Coral Springs

12 a.m. on Thanksgiving to 10 p.m. on Black Friday

954-755-5550

Parking — No valet. The parking lots will all fill up quickly, but the fastest to fill may be the food court entrance, located at Ramblewood Drive and North University Drive. Try instead the lots on Ramblewood and West Atlantic Boulevard. If you want to pre-park before midnight, you do it at your own risk of getting a hard-to-remove sticker with no fine attached to it placed on your windshield by security. Other than that, you should be fine pre-parking.

Extras — The first 200 customers to enter at the Ramblewood Dr. and North University Dr. entrance by the food court get goody bags of hand sanitizer, candy, granola bars, water bottles and mall information. Twenty of those bags contain mall gift cards.

The Galleria

8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

2414 East Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304

(954) 564-1015

Parking — Valet parking is available at the main entrance off Sunrise Boulevard, near the restaurants. If you park earlier than Friday morning, park in the Orange Garage; the others will be chained off.

Extras — None.

8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

3101 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens

(561) 622-2115

Parking — Valet parking is available at the entrance off PGA Boulevard and Fairchild Gardens Avenue. Pre-parking is not allowed for all lots, but parking near department stores that open earlier than the mall is allowed.

Extras —

6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

11401 Pines Blvd., Suite 546, Pembroke Pines

(954) 436-3311

Parking — A valet parking station will be outside the main entrance on the mall's north side, between California Pizza Kitchen and Red Robin. The north side parking lots tend to fill up more slowly than the south side lots, so try those if you arrive late. But don't try pre-parking: Your car could be towed, and both security guards and hired off-duty police officers will be patrolling the parking lots.

Extras — Light FM will be doing a live remote broadcast all morning, with giveaways of Pembroke Lakes Mall gift cards.

8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Lyons Rd. and Wiles Rd., Coconut Creek

(954) 974-6624

Parking — No valet. Latecomers should look for grass parking, since it fills up a lot more slowly than the other lots. Pre-parking is OK.

Extras — None.

12801 West Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise

9 p.m. on Thanksgiving to 9:30 p.m. on Black Friday

(954) 846-2350

Parking — Valet parking is accessible from both the north and south side of the property. Additional Black Friday parking will be available beginning on Thursday, November 22 through the following day at the BB&T Center, located across the street from the mall. The mall is OK with pre-parking on Thanksgiving Day, but not the preceding night.

Extras — Free bag storage is available in the mall.

9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

527 SW 145th Terrace, Pembroke Pines

(954) 450-1580

Parking — Valet parking is available at both the north and south entrances, which are respectively by the Village Tavern and the Brio Tuscan Grille. Latecomers should note that there is parking behind the shops, not just in front of them.

Extras —

6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

6000 Glades Rd., Boca Raton

(561) 368-6000

Parking — Valet parking is available at three locations: the main entrance off Glades Rd., in front of Sax Fifth Avenue and in front of Neimen Marcus. For latecomers, the best parking strategy is the top floors of the garages. Pre-parking is OK.

Extras — The first 100 shoppers get "Shopper's Survival Guides" containing coupons, snacks and more. The Boca Raton Community High
School Band will be on hand to provide gift wrapping for a donation in the amount of your choosing.

5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

10300 West Forest Hill Boulevard #2000, Wellington

(561) 227-6925

Parking — Valet parking is available at the entrance off State Road 7 between JC Penny's and City Furniture. Pre-parking is OK.

8000 West Broward Boulevard, Plantation

12 a.m. on Thanksgiving to 9 p.m. on Black Friday

954-473-8101

Parking — Valet parking is available at the east entrance, which is off University Dr., near the fountain. Latecomers should avoid the southwest parking lot off SW 82nd Ave., because this fills up most quickly. Don't park overnight before Thanksgiving Day, because your car may be towed. Any time on Thanksgiving is fair game.

Extras — The first 100 customers will get goody bags with coupons and samples from retailers. From midnight to 8 p.m., DJs will be doing giveaways. And shoppers can get prizes by checking in on Foursquare.
