With no questions asked, simply using the honor system, a local radio station will hand out 94 free Thanksgiving turkeys and produced to those in need this afternoon.
"If you need a turkey or know a family that needs one we just give it to you," touted "The Greek" from Real Radio 94.3 and 101.7.
The Greek says people start lining up about 30-45 minutes before the giveaway and turkeys go quick, "We start at 3 p.m. and we are probably done by a quarter to 4 p.m."
The process is very simple, come up to their tent, and the station will give you a box filled with DeMartino produce and a turkey. This is the ninth year for the "Turkey Bowl" event.
