The Community Land Trust of Palm Beach County, Inc. (CLT of PBC) is a non-profit housing provider founded in 2006 to help address the need for affordable housing in Palm Beach County. The organization undertakes a unique model of homeownership to bring the dream of owning a home to many first time homebuyer families that are currently priced out of the market. It has homes for sale that were previously foreclosed and vacant and now completely rehabbed and ready for families to move in.

Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) is a government program that helps homeowners modify their mortgage to save them hundreds of dollars per month. The goal is to get your payment to about 31% of your monthly gross income.
