Pink stopped by security in mix-up

Pop star Pink was held by security ahead of her gig in Birmingham, England on Friday when a bouncer failed to recognize her.

The So What hitmaker was denied access to her dressing room on Friday morning as she attempted to prepare for her show at the city's National Indoor Arena.

Security guards posted outside the door failed to recognize the star and refused her entry. Pink was finally allowed into the backstage area after showing her identification.

In a post on her Twitter page, she writes, "The security guy just carded me for my laminate to get into my dressing room."
