Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts is recovering at home after infection
Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts is recovering at home the rest of this week after she was recently hospitalized.
The 52-year-old anchor, who underwent a bone marrow transplant in September, revealed on Facebook that she was fighting off an infection.
She said she began to feel ill during her Key West vacation but stressed that it wasn't serious.
Roberts said Wednesday on Facebook she will be back on GMA next week and is taking the rest of the week off recovering at home...doctors orders.
Roberts returned to GMA in February.
She was gone for 6 months after being treated for a rare blood disorder called myelodysplastic syndrome which is also known at pre-leukemia.
