(CNN) - Some "Frozen" fans want Disney to give Elsa a girlfriend in the film's sequel.
It all started when teen activist Alexis Isabel recently tweeted about it.

The idea went viral and now fans are clamoring for "Frozen 2" to be used to raise LGBT awareness. Supporters have been used the #GiveElsaAGirlFriend on Twitter.

However, not everyone is on board with the campaign.
There's been quite a bit of debate on social media as to whether or not there is a place for a gay character in the popular Disney story.
