Fresh Fest - Saturday, February 13, 2016, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the Meyer Amphitheater, 104 Datura St. Downtown West Palm Beach -

Kick-start a healthier lifestyle during the 3rd Annual Fresh Fest . Presented by Jackson Health Foundation, the free event features fitness classes ranging from yoga to cycling for children and adults, healthy food demonstrations, workshops, music, art and over 60 vendors. New events this year include: water activities such as paddleboard yoga, an interactive art wall project, a partner relay water course and a paddleboard race clinic.

Princess & Super Hero Valentine Family Dance  - Saturday, Feb. 13 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center, on the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 1 and Walton Road.

Dress up your whole family in princess and super hero costumes for an afternoon of fun and fantasy.

Activities will include music, dancing, refreshments, crafts, magic show, character appearances and much more. Participants will also have free access to the Game Room.

Don't miss the opportunity to share this truly memorable afternoon with your favorite valentines.

The cost to attend the Princess & Super Hero Valentine Family Dance is $6 per person. Children ages 2 and under are free. Pay over the phone by calling (772) 807-4499 before Feb. 13 or pay $8 per person at the door the day of the event.

Astronomy Nights at LMC!

Friday, February 12, 2016, 6:30 – 8:00pm at Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach.

Stargazers! Come enjoy the wonders of the night sky! In partnership with the Astronomical Society of the Palm Beaches, LMC will host our Astronomy Nights Program each month based on celestial events. Join us next Friday night, starting at 6 p.m.,for a night filled with wonder. The night will begin with a seminar, featuring highlights of the current night sky, including the Big Dipper, the galaxy and constellations. Then, join us in Loggerhead Park to peer through powerful telescopes and binoculars to get a closer look!

The Arc's Interactive Experience at the Dr. Seuss Art Collection

As the only participating social services agency, The Arc will join a host of art and cultural organizations to celebrate the whimsical drawings and legacy of Dr. Suess. A special collection of the author's works will be on display throughout the Gardens Mall, and to add to the experience, local nonprofits will showcase their work and art, alongside the exhibit. The Arc invites everyone to visit its one-of-a-kind, "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" experience, where guests can decorate cupcakes, have their photos taken, help create a Dr. Suess-themed mosaic with clients from The Arc and become an artisan for the day. In the Bloomingdale's Court on Lower Level at The Gardens Mall.
