5 p.m. TROPICAL STORM ISAAC ADVISORY BELOW

Tropical Storm Isaac is passing just south of Key West with winds of 60 miles per hour and becoming a little better organized. However, the storm did not strengthen Sunday afternoon.
The National Weather Service has canceled the tornado watch for Palm Beach, Okeechobee and Treasure Coast.
A tropical storm warning remains in effect for Palm Beach County as well as the Treasure Coast. A tropical storm watch has been discontinued north of the Sebastian Inlet.
A tropical storm warning is in effect for the Florida Keys including the Dry Tortugas.
A hurricane warning is now up for the northern Gulf coast.
In South Florida, numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected this evening but should eventually diminish some after midnight as Isaac pulls away.
Bands of rain from Isaac could contain damaging winds, dangerous lightning and very heavy downpours.
Stormy conditions are still possible Monday.
At 5 p.m., Isaac was 40 miles southwest of Key West and is moving toward the west-northwest near 16 mph.
Isaac is expected to become a hurricane in a day or two
The storm will move over the eastern Gulf of Mexico Monday and approach the northern Gulf Coast on Tuesday.
Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 205 miles from the center.
