Tropical Storm Ernesto churned south of Jamaica on Sunday, becoming a bit more organized as it continued its westward march. Meanwhile, Tropical Depression Florence continues to weaken.

Tropical Storm Ernesto is now packing 65 mph winds and could become a hurricane by tonight, according to the National Hurricane Center. 

As of Sunday night, the storm was about 135 miles northeast of Cabo Gracias a Dios on the Nicaraguan-Honduran border, the National Hurricane Center reported. Ernesto was moving west, northwest at 12 miles per hour..

On the forecast track, the storm is expected to pass to the south of the Cayman Islands and move north of the northeastern coast of Honduras late Monday and Monday night.

Meanwhile, Tropical Depression Florence has been downgraded to a post-tropical remnant low. The hurricane center does not plan to issue any more advisories.
