PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL--Things are getting tense in Tallahassee surrounding Florida State head coach Bobby Bowden.  At 2-3, and a 0-2 conference record.  Bowden has come under increased scrunity from boosters and trustees alike.

Former Noles receiver and Palm Beach County resident Ron Sellers isn't happy with the recent performance of his alma mater, but does think Bowden has earned the right to leave when he's ready to.

Did chairman trustee Jim Smith say what the majority of Noles fans feel when he made comments earlier this week saying Bowden should step down after this year and should he have made his comments public?  Sellers says it was a bit premature for his friend Smith to say what he said.

While Sellers didn't play directly for Bowden, he does have a close relationship with the coach.  It's difficult for Selelrs to see a man hwo built a program into what it is and now go down with the sinking ship.

But no one is hurting more than the man who has endured every loss for the past 34 seasons and his name is Bobby Bowden.
