Is a new chapter being written in Jason Allen's comeback story? According to Armando Salguero, it is. He reports that Sean Smith was on his radio show and when asked if he would be starting said, "I'm back," he said. "I can't wait to get out there and make some plays."
Doesn't matter much who starts according to Omar Kelly of the Sun Sentinel. He expects both to see a lot of action. He says, "The Bengals use plenty of three receiver sets, and Smith will likely continue in his role as the dime safety who covers the tight end."
