Delray Beach, Fla. -- Rashad Evans and Alistair Overeem, two of the top fighters in UFC, train at JACO Hybrid Training Center in Delray Beach.
This week they've been gearing up for UFC 156, which will be held in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
Overeem makes his highly anticipated return to the Octagon against UFC heavyweight Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva. In the night’s co-main event, “Suga” Rashad Evans returns to face Brazil’s dangerous light heavyweight contender Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.
