BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Sebastian Elney is back in Palm Beach County and has a new home in Boca Raton with coach Marcelo Castillo and the Bobcats.
Elney spent last year in the U.S. Soccer residency program at IMG Academy in Bradenton. He's made an impact at the international level with the United States Under-17 Men's Team.
He dreams of playing professional soccer and hopes to one day play for the full U.S. National squad.
The 16-year-old striker played his freshman season with American Heritage, leading the Stallions to the Class 2A State Semifinals.
Castillo, who has coached at Boca over the past eight seasons which includes a state championship in 2010, has worked with a handful of National Team stars and believes the sky is the limit for Elney.
ESPN 106.3's Emerson Lotzia caught up with both Elney and Castillo on Monday.
