Updated Local Surf Forecast

Detailed Surf forecast for the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast:

Rewind:  Got skunked in PBC. Nothing more than knee high. upcoast I heard was firing, especially central florida. If you drove, you scored.

Weather Synopsis: Beryl has now turned completely tropical and strengthened up to 65mph.  Further strengthening is not expected and  the storms will make landfall overnight tonight in North Florida.  After that it is expected to turn back around and head back out to sea. Still thinking a pulse of NNE swell will make it into PBC.  Hopefully not overnight.  It'll be quick.  Check the morning, if it's flat, we're not getting anything down here.

The Low Down

WATER TEMPS:  PALM BEACH: 80, FT. PIERCE: 77, COCOA: 76, DAYTONA: 76

SATURDAY:  Flat.

MON DAY: Possible swell from Beryl. Upcoast will still have swell but it will drop quickly.  Wind offshore then turning onshore in the afternoon. Storms in the afternoon also.

TUESDAY: Back to flatness.

EXTENDED:   Watching to see how Beryl moves off the coast again mid week, it may send a small swell back.  

Off for a few days so not many updates except maybe on twitter and facebook.  Also no IMPACT ZONE show memorial weekend.
