A Fort Lauderdale man, who spends a lot of time on the water, wants to know who owns the submarine he spotted offshore.
Ryan Danoff told our news partners at the Sun Sentinel that he and two friends were out on the ocean off Hollywood Beach this past weekend, when a submarine periscope came out of the water and stared at him.
He reported it to the Coast Guard, which doesn't know yet if it was a U.S. Navy sub, or came from somewhere else...
