A new expedition with local ties is leaving for the Bahamas. The leaders say the focus of the mission is to use art and images to help sharks.
Marine artist and biologist Guy Harvey, along with fellow marine artist and conversationalist Wyland, and local shark expert and photographer Jim Abernethy, are going on a mission to record the beauty of sharks.
The trio leave West Palm Beach in the hopes of capturing images that will motivate people to join their effort.
The trio supports shark conversation in Florida, and in the Bahamas.
