Want to learn more about great white sharks, or even track them? Well now there's an app for that.

The Marine Conservation Science Institute in California created the app, which tracks 22 great whites and allows people to learn about them at the same time researchers do.

This first-of-its-kind app shows where the sharks have traveled, the history of shark attack areas, offers trivia questions and more.

The app is called Expedition White Shark and costs about four dollars to download.

The money raised will fund continued research on great white sharks.
