NAZARE, Portugal-- Looking like a tiny spot on a giant mountain of water, Hawaiian surfing legend Garrett McNamara may have topped his own world record.

He was recorded on video on a wave off the coast of Nazare, Portugal Monday.

Now, there still needs to be some calculations and verification, but it looks like his 2011 record-setting 90 foot wave ride may be buried by this new wave.
