TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- Family members say a woman who was set on fire by her husband has died.

Joshua Kimbrough is being held in Polk County Jail on attempted first-degree murder and other charges. Authorities say he set his wife on fire in August.

Twenty-six year-old Megan Kimbrough has been battling an infection since the alleged attack.

The Ledger reports Kimbrough died Saturday at Tampa General Hospital.
