TEMPLE TERRACE -- Police say two 12-year-old boys are suspected of setting a fire on the roof of a Tampa area church.
The Tampa Bay Times reports Temple Terrace police found the two boys outside the Perfected Love International Fellowship Tuesday night.
Firefighters quickly put out the fire.
Co-pastor Valora Cole estimated the fire caused about $4,500 in damage. Cole says she believes it was a case of "kids being kids."
There was no word on whether the boys were arrested.
The state fire marshal's office is investigated.
