TITUSVILLE, Fla. - A helicopter flight crashed to a halt Thursday in Titusville.
The training helicopter went down after the aircraft lost power.
The Titusville Fire Department said the chopper landed in the middle of a street but it had a lot of forward speed and slid under a big oak tree and flipped over.
The helicopter came close to a home in the neighborhood.
Amazingly, both people inside escaped safely.
Investigators said the pilot may have accidentally flipped the wrong switch while preparing to land at Arthur Dunn Air Park and cut fuel to the engine line.
