DELTONA, Fla. (AP) -- Authorities are searching for a central Florida woman who fled with her three young children after they were ordered into state custody.
Volusia County Sheriff's spokesman Gary Davidson says the search for Tonia Schurman began Monday. They believe she is traveling with her children - two girls and a boy ranging in age from 4 months to 8 years.
The Daytona Beach News-Journal ( http://bit.ly/16hjrH7 ) reports a judge recently ordered the Department of Children and Families to take custody of 8-year-old Ibraheem Ayoub, 6-year-old Yasmin Ayoub and 4-month-old Madaleen Ayoub.
Officials say they may be in a black 2003 sports utility vehicle.
The children are considered endangered. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's office at 386-736-5999.
