Roshelle Gilyard, 40, of Fort Lauderdale, claimed a $1 million top prize in the $1,000,000 Monopoly Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.

Gilyard told lottery officials that while she does not have immediate plans on how she will spend the money, she intends to "be smart and invest it wisely."

Gilyard chose the one-time, lump-sum payment of $700,000. She purchased her winning Scratch-Off ticket at USA Grocery, located at 6410 Sunset Strip in Sunrise. The $10 Scratch-Off game, $1,000,000 Monopoly, offers more than $136 million in prizes, including 15 top prizes of $1 million and more than 5.5 million prizes ranging from $10 to $10,000.
