TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- Police say two people are accused of using a stun gun to discipline a 13-year-old boy.

According to Tampa Police, 22-year-old Christopher Roosevelt Lewis says he bought the stun gun last week. Police arrested Lewis and 19-year-old Deonjhane "Amy" Menifield on child abuse charges.

The boy told an employee at his school and police found visible marks that match a stun gun on the teen's upper thigh.

Police described Lewis a caretaker and relative of the boy. Child Protective Investigations officials took custody of the boy.
