LARGO - A man who was upset because he couldn't place an order at Taco Bell was placed behind bars for abusing 911 services, Largo police say.
Police arrested 50-year-old Terry Lynn Kimball late Tuesday night after he called 911 and complained that the Taco Bell, located on 13709 Walsingham Road, would not sell him tacos when he was standing in the drive-through lane.
He told 911 dispatchers that he was upset because he was hungry and could not get service.
When officers arrived, Kimball told them he didn’t have an emergency except for the restaurant refusing to sell him food.
He now faces a charge for misusing the 911 system.
