An Ohio man claims he's the one who posted a video diary of Casey Anthony on the internet.
In the video, Anthony does not discuss her deceased daughter Caylee. However, she does say "things are looking up."
She says in the video: “It’s just a little surreal how much things have changed since July, and how many things haven’t changed."
Jon Briley of central Ohio told 10TVNews.com that he is the one that posted the video diary on YouTube.
The website reported that Briley started a Facebook page that publicized his movement to keep Anthony from profiting from her fame.
Anthony's video release was "unauthorized" and "inappropriate" and potentially found its way onto the Internet after being hacked, attorney J. Cheney Mason told the Orlando Sentinel Thursday.
Cheney told the Sentinel that an investigation is under way to find out how it was leaked and that the video was a way for Anthony to maintain "some notes for her personal use and for future counseling purposes."
Jurors in July acquitted Anthony of killing her 2-year-old daughter, and she was released from prison.
