ORLANDO, Fla. - There is new evidence and new information in the case of the 33-year-old missing Orlando woman.
According to a report from ABCNews.com , the ex-fiance of Michelle Parker, who disappeared after appearing on "The People's Court," was booted out of the Marines after a domestic battery charge.
Friends of Dale Smith, Parker's ex-fiance, say he would abandon his girlfriend often, according to ABCNews .
When Parker disappeared last Thursday, she was allegedly seeing another man, a close friend of hers told ABCNews.
Reports say police are not considering Smith a suspect in Parker's disappearance.
Police have also released a new photograph of Parker showing a cross necklace around her neck. Parker's family has confirmed to authorities that she was wearing the necklace when she went missing, according to The Associated Press.
Police say this photo may be the key evidence to helping discover Parker's whereabouts.
