PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Months after a 39-year-old man won $3 million from a Florida Lottery Monopoly scratch-off ticket, he won another jackpot.

This time, it was $10 million top prize in the lottery's Billion Dollar Blockbuster scratch-off game, lottery officials said Monday.

Jody Massengale, a general manager at Mellow Mushroom on Panama City Beach, chose a one-time, lump-sum payment, which amounts to $6.5 million before taxes.

Massengale says it is "awesome" to win twice.

Lottery officials say the Billion Dollar Blockbuster game, which costs $20 per ticket, has the highest cash payout of the scratch off games. They say six $10 million prizes remain.
