TAMPA, Fla. - Hillsborough Country Fire Rescue is fighting a two-alarm fire on 50 th St. and Port Sutton Road in Tampa.
The burning structure, a recycling industrial complex, is located south of Causeway Boulevard, west of US 41 on the Port Sutton area.
When fire crews arrived, they found a large pile of metal on fire.
There are two large diesel tanks of fuel that firefighters are trying to protect from the flames.
Explosion-like noises have already been heard and crews are working to keep the fire from highly explosive materials in the vicinity.
