FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The Fort Lauderdale Police Department is searching for a missing elderly woman who is believed to suffer from dementia.
The woman, Charlie Mae Freeman, 81, of a Fort Lauderdale, was last seen Monday evening just before going to bed.
Freeman's daughter woke up around 4 a.m. Tuesday and discovered her mother was missing. Freeman lives in the 400 block of Northwest 17th Ave. in Fort Lauderdale.
She is about 5 feet tall and 140 pounds. Freeman was last seen wearing a floral print shirt and unknown bottoms.
