STUART, Fla. - Florida's manatee population has just increased by one.
YouReporter Hank was along the St. Lucie Canal in Stuart when he discovered a mother sea cow giving birth.
He says the baby was born in the water at South Fork Estates.
Hank witnessed mom give the newborn a 10-minute swimming lesson... and then off they went.
