Facebook getting thumbs down in customer satisfaction

Many Facebook users are giving a thumbs down to the site. When it comes to customer satisfaction, Facebook scored the lowest out of any social networks, according to the blog, AllFacebook.
Google Plus was a the top of the list for customer satisfaction. The blog on AllFacebook.com also said Facebookâs score was third-worst and tied with cable and internet provider Comcast.
