4 people were hurt near South Bay when two vans struck a truck

NEAR SOUTH BAY, Fla. - An early morning crash in western Palm Beach County sent four men to the hospital.

It happened just west of South Bay on U-S 27.

Two white vans -- containing a group of men traveling from Moore Haven to Miami -- crashed into a semi-truck.

The trucker was making a U-turn near John Stretch Park.

The men in the vans were heading to work; they say heavy fog caused the accident.

Four of the men in the vans were taken to the hospital -- no word on their condition.
