Child seriously injured after being hit by car while riding bicycle in Pahokee

PAHOKEE, Fla. - A child was flown to a Delray Beach hospital Friday evening after being struck by a car in the 600 block of Amaryllis Avenue in Pahokee.
The child was riding a bicycle when struck by a car, said Capt. Albert Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
The child was flown to Delray Medical Center.
The accident happened around 6 p.m.
There is no additional information available at this time.
