One flown to hospital after shooting in Belle Glade

BELLE GLADE, Fla. — One person was flown to Delray Medical Center Monday night after being shot, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said.
The shooting happened shortly before 10 p.m. in the 1000 block West Avenue A. The shooting victim was taken to the hospital by Trauma Hawk, said Capt. Albert Borroto, spokesman for Fire Rescue.
No other details were immediately available.
