Lake Shore Middle School in Belle Glade on lockdown

Lake Shore Middle School in Belle Glade is on a code red lockdown according to the Palm Beach County School District.
A school district spokesperson confirmed the alert was due to trespassers within school grounds.
As of 4:30 p.m. students were not allowed to leave.
