BELLE GLADE, FL -- An unidentified man was shot and wounded early this morning.
Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the intersection of SW 5th Street and SW Avenue B Place at about 1:00 a.m.
The found several shell casings along the sidewalk and street outside a business near that intersection.
A short distance away along SW Avenue B Place, at a phone booth, they found the shooting victim.
He was flown by Trauma Hawk to the Delray Medical Center, where his is in stable condition.
PBSO says they have no witnesses at this time.
No suspects are in custody.
The shooting remains underinvestigation according to Sheriff's Deputies.
